Tanker Airlift Control Center Simulator

The USAF EC Logistics Training Division looked to build an organization of excellence by focusing on developing a high-performing, cohesive workforce both internally within Logistics Training Division as well as across the entire USAF EC organization. To facilitate this transition, USAF EC Logistics Training Division has an immediate need for organizational development support that leverages sessions and workshops to improve individual, interpersonal/team-based, and organizational performance by creating a simulator for students to experience a variety of roles within the TACC.
